On Saturday Feb. 13th, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s “Fishing in the City” program will host a free fishing instruction clinic from 8:30 am until noon at Hagan Park in Rancho Cordova. The pond will be stocked with 400 pounds of rainbow trout and there will be free loan of rods, bait and tackle.  Hagan Park is at the end of Chase Drive off Coloma Road in Rancho Cordova.
