Elks #2484 Send-Off Dinner to National Guard Unit Being Deployed

RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (MPG) - The Rancho Cordova Elks Lodge Honored Company C2-135th GSAB (MEDEVAC) unit on February 15th. This National Guard Unit, commanded by Major Joseph Burke, will be deployed to Afghanistan in April.
The Guardsmen and Women and their families were hosted to a Tri-Tip Dinner at the Rancho Cordova Elks Lodge. It was a robust celebratory evening as everyone enjoyed lots of food and conversation with their peers. In addition, the Lodge presented a gift to each of the deploying troops.
