RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (MPG) - Rancho Cordova athletes have a lot to celebrate!

The Cordova High School (CHS) Varsity wrestling team, Varsity girls' basketball team and the Varsity girls' soccer team all won the Greater Sacramento League (GSL) Championships in their respective sport! The GSL is comprised of seven schools from throughout the Sacramento region.

The wrestling team, for the first time ever, had a female wrestler qualify for state finals.

The City of Rancho Cordova is proud to have a history of supporting sports at CHS through various Community Enhancement Fund grants, most recently which included a grant towards the Folsom Cordova Unified School District’s athletic improvement plan, which can be spread across many sports within the district.
