RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (MPG) - Construction on Stone Creek Village is well underway! Stone Creek Village will be located on Zinfandel Drive between Bear Hollow Drive and Spoto Drive, and it will include Rancho Cordova’s newest grocery store—Sprouts! Sprouts will be approximately 23,000 square feet, and there will also be another 8,000 square feet in the village for additional tenants.

“We are very excited to be working with Elliott Homes to bring a new grocery store to Rancho Cordova. As the photos show, construction is moving quickly and it’s expected to be completed in August 2022, with an early fall opening date,” said Nick Sosa, Associate Planner for the City of Rancho Cordova.

Adjacent to the retail space there will also be 128 single-family homes and 151 apartment homes.
