RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (MPG) - The City of Rancho Cordova is hosting a community meeting focused on mail theft prevention on Wednesday, March 25, at 5:30 p.m. at the Rancho Cordova Police Department, 2897 Kilgore Road.

This meeting is being held in response to questions and interest from residents who want to learn more about how to prevent mail theft and reduce risk. It is not in response to any specific incident.

During the meeting, the Rancho Cordova Police Department (RCPD) will provide an update on mail theft trends, share how the City and Rancho Cordova Police Department are working to address the issue, and offer practical tips residents can use to protect themselves. A representative from the U.S. Postal Inspection Service will also be in attendance to answer questions and provide information about federal mail theft investigations and prevention efforts.
