RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (MPG) - For several years, the city has been listening to community voices about the future of education, and now, we’re taking the next step.

We’re forming the Rancho Cordova Educational Program Planning Steering Committee, a group that will help define priorities and specialized programs to best support our students and families.

We’re looking for a diverse group of residents, parents, educators, business leaders and civic advocates to help shape our “Portrait of a Graduate” and guide what success looks like for our students.

As a committee member, you will help set program priorities for the first five years of a potential new district, participate in site visits to explore best practices, collaborate on a community-backed plan for City Council and help lead community conversations, including a citywide Town Hall.
