The Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps mission is to develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation and community. In alignment with this mission, cadets regularly engage in meaningful service experiences. Recently, cadets from Cordova High School visited Summerset Senior Living Facility and Stone Creek Village community to acknowledge elderly veterans and honor their contributions to the country. Additionally, cadets volunteered with the organization Sleep in Heavenly Peace to help build 45 bunk beds for families in need. In each instance, cadets expressed gratitude for the opportunity to positively impact the community in which they reside.
