RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (MPG) - Cordova Recreation & Park District (District) is proud to announce it has been recognized with several national Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards, including honors for Purpose & Values, Employee Well-Being and Leadership. 

The Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards recognize organizations that excel in specific areas of workplace culture. The awards are based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential workplace survey that measures key aspects of organizational culture, engagement and leadership effectiveness.
