RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (MPG) -  Naturwood Home Furnishings is proud to invite the community to celebrate the unveiling of its newly rebuilt waterwheel with a special ribbon cutting ceremony.

The event will take place on Aug. 14 at Naturwood Home Furnishings, 12125 Folsom Boulevard from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

For many years, the waterwheel has been one of Naturwood's most recognizable landmarks, welcoming generations of customers and becoming a familiar sight throughout the Rancho Cordova community. After an extensive rebuilding process, the wheel is ready to turn once again.

The celebration will include an official ribbon cutting, light refreshments, historic photos of the original waterwheel, giveaways and an opportunity for guests to be among the first to see the restored landmark in motion.

“This waterwheel has always been more than a feature in front of our store,” said the Naturwood family. “It’s part of our history and part of the community. We’re excited to celebrate its return with everyone who has supported us through the years.”

Guests are encouraged to bring family and friends, take photos with the new waterwheel, and enjoy celebrating one of Rancho Cordova's longtime local businesses.

Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
